I provide gender-affirming care to the LGBTQAI2S+ community where I play a pivotal role in preparing clients for life-changing surgery. As a queer trans man who has personally benefited from both gender-affirming hormone therapy and surgery, I possess a deep understanding of empathy for diverse communities and those with lived experiences. I was born and raised in Tacoma and as an adult I moved to Seattle where I spent my 20s and 30s building friendships and learning about myself. Sharing what the community has to offer socially and the resources it holds is my passion. I love playing 5 crowns with friends and Diet coke.

My first session today at his new business location was no exception; he’s incredibly accommodating, friendly, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. His service is just as amazing at his new location as it was before, which says a lot about the consistency and care he brings to every appointment. Uncle Pinky (Pinkos Young) is an incredible, gender affirming electrologist, and I’ve had wonderful experiences during my treatments. His office is both professional, clean, and comfortable. He checked in with me multiple times during treatment to gauge my comfort. This included providing me with numbing cream, a wedge pillow, and a fidget toy. Pinkos is also very knowledgable about electrolysis, and he explained what method he was using on my skin and why it was the most appropriate. He is very thorough and also easy to talk to and ask questions! Post treatment, he applied witch hazel and aloe cream for increased healing comfort. I’m looking forward to scheduling more treatments with Pinkos, and I highly recommend him to others!
